我社は、自動車部品をはじめ、機械部品、電動工具部品の精密切削加工を1958年の創業以来手がけてまいりました。
その後、進化するものづくりの中、1978年に切削代を減らす、もしくは、切削では容易に加工できない形状や精度を得るための成型、「冷間鍛造」に着目、導入し、その技術を磨き今日にいたっております。

社内に、冷間鍛造と切削を併せ持つ形態は、素材から完成品まで、一貫した生産体制で、最適な加工法を設計段階からご提案でき、その利便性と、信頼性は、お客様から高い評価をいただいております。

今後もますます高度になるニーズにお応えするため、先進技術の開発や、最新設備を導入し、高品質で、切削負荷の少ない、また、省エネルギーで、環境にやさしい物づくりとしても有効な、弊社固有の技術開発を進め、お客様によろこんで使っていただけるものづくりを進めてまいります。

沿革

1959年(S34)	愛知県西尾市下矢田町に柴田鉄工所の名で柴田春夫が創業。スパークプラグ用金具等自動車部品加工を手掛ける。
1963年(S38)	日本電装株式会社様と取引開始。プラグ部品を手掛ける。
1965年(S40)	株式会社マキタ様と取引開始。電動工具部品を手掛ける。
1968年(S43)	柴田工業株式会社を設立。
1971年(S46)	東洋ブレージング株式会社を設立。無酸化ロー付け加工を開始。
1978年(S53)	冷間鍛造事業部を設立。事業の多角化を進める。焼鈍処理、潤滑処理を同時に導入。
1985年(S60)	東洋ブレージング（株）を半田市新居町に新築移転。
1989年(H1)	冷間鍛造工場新築。
1990年(H2)	切削工場新築。
1997年(H9)	事務所棟・金型工場新築。
2001年(H13)	柴田高広が代表取締役に就任。
2003年(H15)	ISO 9001認証取得。 ISO 14001認証取得。熱処理工場、切削工場増築。
2006年(H18)	ボンデ工場、切削工場増築。
2008年(H20)	デンソー飛翔会有志による合弁会社設立。中国衆智達汽車部件（常州）有限公司。
2014年(H26)	切削第二工場新築。
2017年(H29)	愛知ブランド認定。
2018年(H30)	切削第二工場増築。はばたく中小企業・小規模事業者300社に選定。地域未来牽引企業に選定。株式会社ジェイテクト様と取引開始。

Setting up strict criteria on all the production processes, we have established our original management system.

To build up the high reliability of our products, we have established ISO9001 Quality Management System. We are tackling a thorough management system in all of our processes including the equipment and technology, ranging from receiving orders, preparations for production, through the final process; thus providing customers with our high-dimensional products "Just In Time".

基本理念: 当社は顧客の信頼と満足が得られる品質と価値をもつ商品を提供します。
基本方針: 当社は冷間鍛造品並びに精密切削加工部品の製造に関して、品質マネジメントシステムを構築・実施し、並びにその有効性を継続的に改善し、顧客要求事項及び適用される規制要求事項を満たす商品を提供します。

品質方針の理解と実践は、「重点方針」を発布、並びに「年度体質強化計画」により　展開します。その方針を受けて、社員の教育、必要な経営資源の効果的配分を行います。
品質方針への適切性について評価し、システムの有効性の継続的な改善を行います。

Basic Idea: We provide our high-quality and valuable products which may obtain trust and satisfaction among customers.
Basic Policy: In respect of production of our cold forging products and precision cutting products, we build up and conduct our quality management system as well as keep on improving the efficiency of such system; thus providing the products meeting the requirements from customers as well as the relevant regulatory requirements.

Understanding and practicing of the quality policy shall be conducted after the "important policies" are issued and according to the "annual plan for reinforcement of the corporate structure". Following such policies, we will perform education programs for our employees and carry out an effective distribution of our management resources required.
We will make evaluations on the appropriateness of our quality policy and keep on improving the efficiency of the system.

Basic Idea: We make all of our corporate activities environmentally friendly under recognition that the resources on the earth are limited and it is essential for humanity to preserve the global environment.
Basic Policy: In respect of production and sales of our cold forging parts and precision cutting processed parts, we build up our environmental management system, define our environmental purposes/goals as long as they are possible technically and economically, so that we may develop and continuously improve/enhance our activities for environmental conservation.
